Job Summary

Transsion Holdings Ethiopia Branch is seeking a motivated and experienced West  Branch Sales Supervisor to lead and grow sales operations West  branch . The role focuses on supporting agents, sub‑dealers, and retailers to achieve sales goals, expanding brand coverage, and maintaining strong channel relationships.

 Key Responsibilities

• Sales support: Assist agents, sub‑dealers, and retailers in achieving sales targets, with emphasis on smart models, and organize promotional activities.
• Data collection: Gather purchase, sales, and inventory data from partners; collect competitor product and pricing information; conduct basic market analysis.
• Channel relationship: Address partner needs, complaints, and issues while maintaining strong relationships across channel hierarchies.
• Channel development: Expand downstream channels to increase brand coverage.
• Policy execution: Implement company policies on pricing, customer management, wholesale standards, and monitoring.
• Cross-team collaboration: Participate in cooperative activities with sales and marketing teams.

 Education & Experience Requirements

• BA degree or above in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Sales Supervisor or similar role in mobile phone, electronics, or FMCG industries.
• Excellent communication skills in English and local language; Chinese language proficiency is a plus.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
