About the Job
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Retail and Operations Manager to oversee retail operations in Addis Ababa. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, sales, and operational management skills, with the ability to motivate teams, improve customer experience, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Team Management: Lead, train, supervise, and motivate store staff to achieve sales targets and improve performance.
• Retail Operations: Oversee daily store activities, staff scheduling, store presentation, and compliance with company policies.
• Sales Growth: Implement sales strategies, promotions, and marketing activities to increase revenue and customer traffic.
• Inventory & Reporting: Monitor stock levels, control expenses, manage POS operations, and prepare sales and inventory reports.
• Customer Service: Maintain high service standards, resolve customer complaints, and improve customer satisfaction.
About You
Qualifications & Requirements
• Education: BA or MA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 5–8 years of relevant experience in retail operations, sales, or team management. Experience in the mobile phone industry is highly preferred.
• Technical Skills: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and strong reporting and data analysis skills.
