Yes. Creating an account, uploading your CV, searching jobs, and applying are 100% free for job seekers. Employers pay only when they want to post jobs or unlock premium features like featured listings.

How do I apply for a job on LIYU JOBS?

Sign up as a job seeker, upload your CV from the dashboard, browse the jobs page, open any listing, and click "Apply Now". Your CV and profile are sent directly to the employer with one click.

Can I post jobs from outside Addis Ababa?

Absolutely. LIYU JOBS covers all regions of Ethiopia. When posting a job, set the city and country fields to anywhere in the country — or mark the role as remote to hire from any location.

How long does a job posting stay active?

A standard job posting stays active for 30 days by default. You can set a custom deadline when posting. Featured and urgent listings are highlighted on the home page and in search results.

How are employer accounts verified?

Every new employer account is reviewed by our admin team. Once you create a company profile with a valid email, phone, and address, your account is approved and you can post jobs immediately.

Can I save jobs to apply later?

Yes. On any job detail page or in the Quick View modal, click the bookmark icon to save the job. Saved jobs appear in your employee dashboard under "Saved Jobs" so you can return to them anytime.

Does LIYU JOBS work on mobile?

Yes. The site is fully responsive and works on any Android, iOS, or desktop browser. You can also install it as a Progressive Web App (PWA) from your browser menu for faster access.

How does the Quick View feature work?

Hover over any job card on the listings page and click the eye icon. A modal opens instantly with the key details — salary, location, description preview, skills, related jobs — without leaving the page. You can save or apply directly from the modal.
